- Balsamic Chicken
500gms boneless chicken breast
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Garlic
Salt
Pepper Powder
Sugar- Mashed Potato
Boiled Potatoes
Butter
Blanched Veggies (Mushrooms, Spinach, Carrot, French Beans, Zucchini, Brocolli, Babycorn)
Directions
- Balsamic Chicken
- Marinate the chicken in Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic and refrigerate for at-least 2hrs
- Heat 1tbsp. Oil/Butter in a pan and add, the marinated chicken. Cook till tender. Pan fry for a glazed look.
- In a pan, add the remained marinade, balsamic vinegar, salt to taste, pepper to taste and about 6-8 teaspoons of sugar. Reduce on high flame till sauce-like consistency
- Mashed Potato
- Mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic, butter and milk.
- Heat in the microwave for 1 minute (your time may vary depending on microwave). Mix thoroughly.
- Your mashed potato is ready
- Sautéed Vegetables
- In a pan, add butter, salt, garlic powder and add the blanched vegetables and sauté.
- Serve chicken with balsamic glaze with mashed potato and vegetables on the side.
