Ingredients
225 Grams of Chocolate
150 Grams of Fresh Cream
200 Grams of Whipping Cream
Directions
- Put chocolate and fresh cream in a bowl.
- Put in microwave for 1:00 minute at 900 Watts
- Pour whipping cream into a separate bowl
- Remove chocolate from microwave and mix until a thick flowing consistency.
- Put in fridge to cool
- Meanwhile, use a beater / mixer to whip the whipping cream
- Put whipping cream in fridge to cool
- Mix chocolate and whipping cream. Set aside some chocolate for ganache topping
- Use a beater / mixer to blend chocolate and whipping cream until desired consistency for mousse
- Put aside in fridge to cool
- Later, pour the mousse in the bowl you want to eat
- Put ganache in piping bag and pipe over desired area.
