Ingredients

  • 225 Grams of Chocolate

  • 150 Grams of Fresh Cream

  • 200 Grams of Whipping Cream

Directions

  • Put chocolate and fresh cream in a bowl.
  • Put in microwave for 1:00 minute at 900 Watts
  • Pour whipping cream into a separate bowl
  • Remove chocolate from microwave and mix until a thick flowing consistency.
  • Put in fridge to cool
  • Meanwhile, use a beater / mixer to whip the whipping cream
  • Put whipping cream in fridge to cool
  • Mix chocolate and whipping cream. Set aside some chocolate for ganache topping
  • Use a beater / mixer to blend chocolate and whipping cream until desired consistency for mousse
  • Put aside in fridge to cool
  • Later, pour the mousse in the bowl you want to eat
  • Put ganache in piping bag and pipe over desired area.
