Ingredients

  • Balsamic Chicken
  • 500gms boneless chicken breast

  • Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

  • Garlic

  • Salt
    Pepper Powder
    Sugar

  • Mashed Potato
  • Boiled Potatoes

  • Butter

  • Blanched Veggies (Mushrooms, Spinach, Carrot, French Beans, Zucchini, Brocolli, Babycorn)

Directions

  • Balsamic Chicken
  • Marinate the chicken in Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic and refrigerate for at-least 2hrs
  • Heat 1tbsp. Oil/Butter in a pan and add, the marinated chicken. Cook till tender. Pan fry for a glazed look.
  • In a pan, add the remained marinade, balsamic vinegar, salt to taste, pepper to taste and about 6-8 teaspoons of sugar. Reduce on high flame till sauce-like consistency
  • Mashed Potato
  • Mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic, butter and milk.
  • Heat in the microwave for 1 minute (your time may vary depending on microwave). Mix thoroughly.
  • Your mashed potato is ready
  • Sautéed Vegetables
  • In a pan, add butter, salt, garlic powder and add the blanched vegetables and sauté.
  • Serve chicken with balsamic glaze with mashed potato and vegetables on the side.
