  • Cucumber

  • Coconut

  • Green chillies

  • Salt

  • Temper (तड़का)
  • Ghee

  • Sarson

  • Curry leaves

  • Hing

Directions

  • Koshambari
  • Finely chop the cucumber
  • Add grated coconut and chopped / slit green chillies
  • Add salt to taste
  • Temper (तड़का)
  • Temper with Ghee, Sarson, Curry Leaves and Hing
